Old lace Handkerchief ideas?
Answers:
I collect hankies and inherited a lot from my granny. Here are some things I've done with them. I take two sew them together and make pillows. I've taken three and sometimes four sewed them together and made a table runner. Sometimes I use them as luncheon napkins. I've used them as mattes for framed pictures. I use them on furniture to protect it from items that could scratch the surface. I sewed several together at the corners to form diamonds and used it as a valance for a small bathroom window. I also make scented bath salts and used a hankie on the top of the jar secured with a ribbon as a gift. And, I've used them in the bottom of my lingerie drawer as a liner to protect delicates from being snagged on the wood.

make photo frames... cut out the cloth part, stick the lace part {or combined more} on a card board/plywood or any other material, put one two family/friends pictures in the middle, if like to improve upon it u may use colored paper for the background
I would do a couple different things, depending on how many you have. I would fill some with potpourri and then tie them with a pretty ribbon. You can keep these in public areas, like a living room or bathroom, or in your underwear drawer, which makes everything smell really nice! My mother also used to keep lace hankies underneath plants, picture frames, etc., like a doily. Good luck, and have fun crafting!
