The vaneer on my antique table is coming off, how do I remove and re-finish the top of the table?

If the veneer is not missing you can reglue it using a needle and syringe, cover with wax paper and weight it down...when dry sand and refinish. If it is missing you can get new veneer strip off the old and replace it, they have many different type of wood veneer available at specialty lumber dealers.
