How do I attach an interior railing to walls and floor?

Answers:
there are wall posts and end posts. the wall posts are 1/2 of a post... you mount the wall post (predrill and screw where the top and bottom rails will land) and the end post if accessable under the floor or stair screw up into it with 3 1/2 screws after pre drilling or lag bolts (also after pre drilling) if not acessible, you can get a mounting kit (depot) where the railing and posts are. these brackets screw to the post and then down into the floor. good luck
