Can anyone suggest a way of removing masonry paint from PVC window frame. PVC restorer does not work.?

A stanley blade used flat as a scraper. Ever so gently, keep it flat and try not to gouge or you will cut lumps out of your window frames. When you have got rid of the worst rub some T-Cut on and it should shift the rest

Try the detergent that removes tar off of paintwork on a car. I went to B & Q as i had some on my car and it comes off quite easily with a little rubbing. It might work with the paint.

most of the time that "paint remover" crap doesn't work.
i would suggest that if it doesn't come off by scraping it, paint over it

I don't know if this will work, but you could try acitate
Try a little bit of lateral thinking.
Masonry paint is usually a latex base.
Gasoline will remove latex.
Try wetting the paint with a little petrol and wait- it should soften and be rolled off with your thumb. The PVC should not be affected.

i recently used a glass scraper to do this, but do it slowly and carefully to avoid damaging the pvc.

I do not know what masonry paint is. I'm a mason contractor and I never have heard of that. But if you have some thick paint on your window frame try a pressure washer, if you don't have one rent one with at least 3500 psi. The pressure washer will take it off. It removes the mortar off mt truck.
