My box devotee died and very soon I'm scarce ambient crack contained by my bedroom. How will I sleep tonight?!?

I keep a box devotee running 24/7 in my bedroom. Originally it be there to drown out the vociferous outside where I live, but it's be running so long that I have to run a follower anywhere I go freshly to get to sleep. Well, I come home from work and my fan died. No one have any in stock, and I'll enjoy to get through at smallest tonight without one. I involve some sort of white noise... preferably one my wife won't detestation. Any ideas?

Answers:    Whenever my husband is away at night, I play the radio, only loud enough to be hear. It usually does the trick. Also, they've got these little machines call white noise machines that enjoy several different sounds and can be set to run for a specific time or on continuous play. I have one of these, and I especially resembling the gentle precipitation one, as well as the marine waves. They trade them at Wal-Mart and other stores too. I know that might not help you tonight, but it would be a honourable idea to pick one up within the morning, in satchel you can't find another fan. I also run a follower at night, as we live close to a factory, and it covers up the hubbub. Wal-Mart supercenters are open 24 hours, so it's worth a shot. <*)))><
