Most electric suppliers will work with you if you are behind on your payment . Just show a just cause and
try to make some payment as a token of good faith,
and never try to hook up the lines as they carry 230 -
460 volts and that will fry you in a heart beat ...
I don't think you fully thought this through......take some time and think, then be safe and go do it legally. Pay Your Bill
first go to the utility side and carefully remove the supply conductors
from the lugs.
tape them with electric tape for safety.
then, cut the back out of your electrical panel.
drill and tap the utility side of the meter.
attach lugs.
run cable to your side of the panel.
re-attach the utility conductors.
wait for prosecution!
