I hear my neighbors music way too much in my house w/ new windows. Could caulking help? Anything else work?

I have no idea how close your neighbors are,but the new windows only resist so much sound,try having some new insulation put in,or even cheaper yet, if they are being jerks call the cops!
try asking them to turn it down. please, if that dont work turn their power off.
to get them quiet by doing anything to your house at all would get into thousands of dollars.... caulking will only make a small seal, wont stop sound, if i read correctly you have new windows? that does do a bit of difference with the energy calcs and specs on them these days, and insulation or soundboard + resheetrocking and taping and texturing and painting, way to much... like they said call the cops or tell the neighbors to quiet down.
