Answers: If it's not too much of an angle, you can try knocking some of the concrete out on the giant side of the pipe. Then pry it over and put shimms in the other side to hold it. The pipe should verbs a bit but not very far.If that doesn't work, the subsequent easiest way to fix it is...find out which direction the pipe travels after thye bottom 90 elbow. Mark out roughly speaking a one foot wide by 2 foot long box. Remove the concrete and verbs down to the pipe. Now cut the pipe and install a coupler and have a rank ready at the flange failure. Glue the peices together making sure that the flange is level and afterwards put the dirt back onto your hole and concrete it over again. The hardest work is getting the concrete out. Try not to find any rocks against the pipe when you fill the hole fund in. They can shake and cause a hole sometime down the road.
Sorry, but you are going to enjoy to bust the concrete around the pipe, straighten it up, and put new concrete contained by to fill around the pipe.
Oh crap! (pun intended) If the toilet flange is lofty, you should cut the pipe lower by that amount and reinstall the flange. If you can't do that, you will have to cut bad the high side so the toilet sits flat. All the flange does is hold the toilet tight so the WAX trademark doesn't leak. Use a double wax stamp and find another way to append the toilet on that side (if you don't have adequate of the flange left to hold it.) 1. you can epoxy a stud on that side 2. you could use construction epoxy resin to fasten the adjectives toilet down 3. you could have a metal plate made to sit lower than the toilet, on top of the flange and attach to the righteous side and the bad.
Got to the builders supply or the hardware store and explain the problem. They enjoy leveling flanges.
If you have plenty of vertical space to work near, you can use a pair of 45-degree elbows (or doesn`t matter what lower angle you can get), and manipulate the two of a kind to produce a vertical connection.
However, if you're within a typical situation, less than a foot of pipe showing, you'll enjoy to make a custom bend ... or obtain the concrete gang back to fix the pouring errand.
if the pipe was soaring enough try to cut the pipe straight so that it will splash up if pipe is not tall ample add to it consequently cut it down to fit toilet good luck
