how do I install a walk in shower in a basement?
Answers:
If the plumbing for a drain isn't already there, hire someone or you'll end up regretting it. Getting the water in is easy, getting it out isn't. Plus local regulations may require a plumber. Be sure to check that out or you could be in for some nasty fines.
If there isn't a drain, one must be added. This means either putting in a raised floor or drilling into the concrete to add the pipes. If the drilling is done wrong, you have a cracked foundation and a leaky basement problem that will be very expensive.

tap lines from hot and cold. man buy a book from home depot, it takes a lot but if you are pretty handy, it won't be that bad.
