how do you remove a lead anchors from concrete?

Removing chuch pews and need to get the lead anchors our of the concrete now that the pews are gone.

Answers:
I would suggest using a drill to drill the lead out, using a bit just smaller than the hole. I would use a masonry bit. You can then patch the holes with concrete patch. If the anchors are down in the concrete, you could probably pound them down if they need it, and then patch them.

Other answers:
lead is soft and can be scraped out if the lead is reachable. Or cut cement plugs can be cut out. That is, plugs that surround the lead.
If all of the lead is not, heat would do it but please be careful about lead fumes. Use repirators and protective clothing.

put a screw part way into the plug and pull out with a pry bar or hammer
Easiest thing to do is to cut them with an acetlyene torch, then grind the excess with a hand grinder. In some cases you can heat the anchor below the surface line, which will allow you to remove much of the material without the grinder.

If you don't have a torch, then cut them with a gronder. This will take langer than the torch.
