how to replaced home security alarm batteries?

Ok well if it is for a sensor pop off the top and remove the batt. put the other batt in and then close the sensor then press your 4 digit code and off twice. If it is for the 12v battery(the big one) just remove the wires in the metal panel and take the bat out and hook it bak the same and repeat with the code and off twice. if no off button try command 4
