I read in a recent Popular Science magazine that you can unseal an envelope surrounded by the freezer, but I don't recall how long it would appropriate for it to pop back instigate. Anyone know the time it would take?

Much quicker and easier to steam it open. It really does work.
Do it compassionately and keep conducting tests it with a butter stick until it gives.
