Continue bending the tube near your hands until it is 1-2 inches below the overflow tube. This should stop marine from running immediately. If it doesn't, you may own a damaged float orb. Check for holes and cracks in the orb. If the ball is chock-full with river or no longer appears to float, it needs to be replaced. You can replace the orb by unscrewing it from its tubing and screwing another on within its place.

after making sure the arm and ball doesnt' do anything, spawn sure the water somewhere else isnt' turned stale by accident. Turn sour the valve counterclock astute, remove the hose from the valve, and slowly turn rear legs on, if water runs afterwards its definilty faulty components or possibly limedepoits has clogged somewhere. Fill up near water and put some clr within the tank, this might clear it up. This is an alternative to replacement.
bid a plumber...and if that doesn't help...bid the county.
Maybe it's just a broken fasten that lifts the flapper.
