How do you install a showerhead?
Answers: I appreciate the inconvenience, but do not try to fix this.
If you label a mistake and break something then it is your responsibility to wages to have it fixed.
If looking after breaks it, it is their expense.
As an interim solution, go to a pet store, Petco, etc. and see if you can find a rubber spray nozzle on a hose near an end that will slip over the thump. This should also fit the pipe and if it isn't a perfect fit, you can put on a hose clamp to hold it. This is a undamaging thing to do and will preserve you showering until the management reach your apartment.
hun, go to home depot and they will show you how.
if at hand are no threads then i dont see how, adjectives the shower heads i own ever used screwed on, maybe you can find one that lately pushes on but i doubt it, the pressure would make it come sour probably...............good luck
I nickname the part sticking out of the wall a goose collar, it has to be replaced near a threaded version, you cant screw any piece to a thread-less pipe. My advice don't do it you could bring into a problem replacing it,let the handyman do it i.e. what you pay rent for. I can't believe they rented the apartment that agency.
probably the old shower hear popped past its sell-by date...they do have some that screw on to respectively other and not on an arm.....do u see a ball at the finale of the pipe where the threads should be?.....if so after just try ot unscrew the full arm.....couterclockwise and remove it from the wall then put ur strange one in near....only run ya about 3 mins to do it adjectives......justv remember to use some sort of thread sealer i.e. teflon tape or pipe dope on the threads earlier u screw the new one surrounded by....good luck
Use plumber's cassette and wrap around the threads, then screw within the shower head.
The box the shower manager comes in will own instructions.
