I'd charge $7 K just to droop. That shhet count is approximately 30,000 lbs. of drywall.
Finishers are worth their weight contained by Gold Bullion, and for a single, new at side job, hopefully you have tape/mud experience?
I feel an additional $ 7 K to finish would be a fair-minded price.
I'll pay a tape/mud laborer more than a hanger any time.
Another way you can charge for sure, is to estimate a time span. In a singles case it could be as much as 2 or 3, 40 hour weeks, afterwards determine a per hour fee, you expect you're worth.
