How to remove pine sap from the grill cover?
Answers:
Use Goof, or Oops, scrub it off, and then thoroughly clean the entire grill with Ajax, or any abrasive cleaner and a scratch pad.
Other answers:
goo b gone, or some type of solvent. Try turpentine. But be careful if it has a finish thats painted, like a weber. Even though its paint its more of a powder coating. Try natural first, then go with something with toluene in it.

try some spray deoderant. I use Right Gaurd.
Try Oops
When I was a child I would always be into sap from climbing trees. My other always used margarine. Try some of that with a stiff brush.
If its a charcoal grill, I would just build a fire under it and burn it off.
