Answers:    Get an exterminator to check it out. Reports of africanized bees come across to be more common. Better undamaging than sorry.
get a pro. unless you hear buzzing, afterwards you never know what it is.
If your asking if this is a sign of bees in the wall, basically go outside and see if in attendance are visable signs of entering the questionable area... (there will be lots coming and going if this is a hive)... later yes get a bee guy... some are free and newly want the bees, some are not...
If you hear buzzing, then telephone call an exterminator to check it out.
