Is it undisruptive to enjoy 2 power strips on one outlet?
Answers: Yes. Two power strips are perfectly undamaging in one outlet. If you overload one of them it will trip the mini-breaker on the strip. If it does this amazingly often, shrink the load on that strip.
It would also bring in it easier to overload the whole outlet, which will trip the breaker for that dash. Same fix, if it trips the breaker it is time to reduce the nouns.

It depends in intact, on the total amount of power (esp. amps) that you will pull tru that outlet/each 1/2 too.
PLus, clear sure each power strip also is rate for the amps you'll pull!

flawless way to start a fire
It is without a flaw safe to do as you are suggesting. DON'T hook one power strip into another power strip...that will produce issues.
If you pop the mini-breaker on one strip or the other.... you have overloaded that strip. If you pop the house breaker... you enjoy overloaded that plug. If you don't pop anything... you are good to dance.

As long as you do not exceed the total amperage for the circuit, you'll be fine
