Best instrument to safe and sound chain to plastic?

I'm sure it's tape... but what giving of tape would be best to use? By flex, I mean insulated chain, not bare rope.


Answers:    you can use them little plastic clips and screw into the plastic . If you don`t care give or take a few the little holes,it will be very solid and never verbs you.
2 sided construction tape or scilicone.
