Toilet, hissing clatter?

My toilet doesnt have the orb type float and it makes a hissing reverberation, like its spitting river, it doesnt do it all the time, but its driving me crazy. I checked the flap item, it has a upright seal. Does anyone know why its doing this and how do I fix it?

Answers:    If you're not within a hurry for the tank to fill up on, you could turn down the knob on the water nurture point (usually down near the floor, subsequent to the toilet bowl itself). It is the sound of the hose squirting back into the container. You could also try pushing the hose (inside the tank) further down into the fill tube, which might also mute the noise.
unnatural!!!!! better change the integral system
