Is here a "secret" to removing cement funding, ie from a sign lacking perforation?
Answers: The tip (from Amy Wells at http://www.amywellsdesigns.co.uk... ) is to "roll" a corner.
Essentially, apt crafting stickers use a quality sticky stuff and backing treatise and to make sure they stay where on earth you stuck them , the quality items receive sure the adhesive go right to the edge.
To receive between the two pieces, drag the ball of your thumb from the support side towards the front, causing the corner to "flick" bad your thumb. First time is to loosen it - do it a second time to be sure - then when you shift at it with your fastener it should come away relatively easily - she said!

spray it insubstantially with some wd40 or cooking spray permit set a few min. and rub off
There is a product call Un-Du Adhesive remover. You start by saturating the sticker you want to remove. The sticker should come right bad and the solution will dry without going away any residue or stains on your paper (you might want to try-out in inconspicuous spot first). The sticker or sign should still be sticky when the solution dries. I tried this when I put a bunch of stamps on upside down. It worked like a charm!

alcohol also works too. if you have any alcohol wipe in first aid apparatus or anything, rub a couple times and it will come right off.
using a broadsheet clip, place the edge of the sticker between 2 of the pieces and using some stiffness, pull out. it will usually loosen the protective daily from the sticky part. :) within are tools that look like a u shaped epistle opener that don't own the sharp part that you can also use for this, though i believe they're in fact for curling ribbon. (pulling it the same style through as you would the sticker) is THIS what you mean? hope so, hope i be helpful! :)
you could try putting a piece of video on the back so that you enjoy something to grab onto. Then perchance if you peel the video back slowly it might separate.
Or you could try bending the sign. Usually one side will slide from the other just a tiny bit. Then slide the blade or fingernail or whatever within there.
