Answers:    Start by cleaning all the grease stale the cabinet/doors with a really correct kitchen de-greaser. Then sand all the surfaces that you want to paint near a 220 grit sandpaper to give the paint something to hold onto. Prime the surfaces beside a high trait primer, something like KILZ and consequently paint with a satin or semigloss paint.
