How do i re-appoint my cement adjectives roof???
I entail to know if i require a special mix for this or do i mix up a mortar mix and fill the cracks?? I am planning on fine art my roof once i have re-appointed the roof, so i would approaching it to be clean tidy and protected...
Can anyone whom has done this earlier help???
Answers: I'm in the order of to tackle duplicate job on my terracotta adjectives roof.
I have be asking the same quiz at landscape suppliers and hardware stores and they adjectives gave me duplicate answer. Use 20kg bag or loads of pre-mixed sand/cement. Because my tiles are the red terracotta colour they said I should add some red oxide to meeting the tiles, it's a powdered dye. Oxide comes in several colours so you can clash your tiles.

The other thing they said to put in the sand/cement mix is a concrete adhesive to form sure it really bonds to the old mortar. If you live within Australia a good one to use is Bondcrete made by Bondall

PS. Be scrupulous while your up there on your roof. I find going stripped footed on the roof tiles gives me better grip and smaller number change of cracking the tiles.
