next march past i'm gonna re do my room for my birthday. i want a nice "teen vogue" -ish style, but still vibrant and colorful. i have no planning, any suggestions?

I would go near black and white theme. Totally cool. Then pick a different color for you accent color. Make it your favorite color. It will look so color. Just for info, its better to use a bright color. Pink, Red, Blue, Green, and so on. Have fun!
