im a newb at lockpicking but i got 4 out of 5 of the pins in my padlock.
the thing is that i cant find the 5th pin and i know its there. i cant take my lock apart

Most padlocks i have ever come accross only have 4 tumblers. If ther is actually a 5th pin set then it is all the way to the back and you are using the wrong rake. More than likety you arent doing it right. no offense! But there is alot of art involved, start with master locks. Or even easier are tool box locks. The biggest problem most people have is incorrect pressure on their tension bar. If you press the pins all the way down then all you are doing is relocking it. The pins are set to "break" at different heights inside the chamber.
