I would close to to find a twosome of pliars that secure a metal tube surrounded by stones after I drilled holes surrounded by them.?
Answers: i don't know about pliars...but you can buy a tubing or conduit flare utensils at your hardware store that once you put the tube through the stone you can flare or widen the ends so they can't verbs back through. going on for $35 for the tool but check the specs some are made only for soft tubing resembling copper whereas a coduit flare is for heavy metal tubing. or you can drill a hole through the tube and put contained by a cotter pin.
Use epoxy.
The best locking pliars are the Vice-Grip brand.
Years ago I tried an inexpensive set of 4 on some no-name brand, and they were be trash. I threw them away.
If you want locking pliars, get the best, Vice-Grips. You'll use them until you lose them or impart them away.
