Standard distance from the ground kitchen worktops?
Answers: You're likely to obtain variations inside fractions; in any answers here. I suspect "STANDARD" is a relative word.
Mine appear to be 34 - 1/2 inches to the cabinet tops with another 1 - 1/2 inch WORK top.
One could assume variation depending on custom or packaged; store bought; and their own HEIGHT or comfort even. Obviously someone 4' 11" tall; might be as mortified with a 36 inch dignified work top, as someone 6' 8" inches tall. Consider that no issue all that; A COMFORT ZONE is what should be within ones thinking.
