Our shower head attachment is broken, how do we remove riser rail to slide on new one?

Just need to remove it to remove old and add new then put rail back on, hope this makes sense!

Answers:
The rail will be screwed on to wall (& the screws hidden under brackets) at the top & bottom...just pull the brackets off & unscrew, the whole lot will come off the wall then u can remove shower head & replace v.easily.
