How do I remove the water-saver feature from a new shower head to increase water pressure?

Answers:
The shower head I installed had a disc inside of it you simply removed.

Other answers:
drill bit that is slightly bigger. Unscrew the head and you will see how small the hole is. Just drill it out to the size you want. Boom you have a river comming out of the wall. Assuming you have good pressure.

unscrew the shower head remove the water saver which is behind the head
We did this once and the water pressure was way too much! So, we took out the little plastic piece that people are mentioning here and snapped part of it off, and bingo, we got the pressure we wanted but still "saved" some water, I guess...
unscrew shower head look for a round washer in the neck. if you can pull out that washer, your good. if not, go buy a cheap plastic one that doesn't say water saver.
