Answers: it.s natural to take rotten if the bolts are not rusted tight. if the bolts are rusted you have to amount out how to get them stale (2 of them) I used a hacksaw for lack of better tools... protect the top of the underpinning from getting scratch by calorific duty tape.
usually here is caulking between the floor and the toilet so take a gouge to that to release the bond
turn off sea - drain the tank completely. hold off the lid and set a side someplace where on earth it will not drop off. I dropped one rotten and had to put contained by a whole untried toilet since tank tops are not around
there is still hose down in the u tube inside the bottom of the toilet so when lifting you will desires something to catch that hose down
you need to put the toilet down on some cardboard to prvent staining anything from the bottom side of the toilet
at hand is a wax ring under the toilet to trademark it so you need to take rif of it, clean the bowl underside and and the form in the floor and install a spanking new wax ring wich usually comes with modern bolts. it not buy new bolts..

the trick is to gain those screws to stay put for you to slip the toilet stern on over them... a second person guiding that will lend a hand. A kid would do, just for a couple of minutes

It depends on the type of toilet. You may need to move the cistern as ably. Not a job for the faint-hearted.
