Info on Underground Homes (Houses) anyone in South Dakota?

We're building an underground house and would be interested in hearing from anyone West River South Dakota to Western Wyoming to Nebraska. We've read books and my husband can do everything - anything he can't he has friends and family who can - even to an archetectual engineer! However, :) I just love modulars and there are GREAT ones for underground. Any advice, suggestions, etc OR someone experienced in these that we might be able to pay to do some/all of it, except excavation.
