Blocked toilet?

One of our fish died yesterday and we gave it a "burial at sea".
Problem is, it seem the fish got stuck somewhere. The river will kind of walk down, but won't fully flush. I live in an apartment building, can't find the janitor and I don't enjoy a plunger. I've tried pouring buckets and buckets of water within the toilet, even stuck my hand within there hoping to find the fish and verbs him out. Any suggestions???

Answers:    Two options -
1) Do it yourself - Go to the hardware store and buy a short drain snake. I'd suggest getting one that comes surrounded by its own funnel/storage as its easier to keep. Cost is more or less $25. You will then snake the toilet and contained by the process dislodge the stuck fish.
2) Call Janitor or plumber - plumber cost is a lot depending where on earth you live can be as much as $150 per hour. Doesnt sound resembling your janitor is up to much.

Good luck.
go to the grocery/drug store and seize you own plunger.
Get a snake designed for toilets....
