What can I use to re-cover a 2 seater sofa cheaply??

I was thinking a couch cover but they are around a hundred dollars . Is nearby anything else I could use? I was thinking a angelic quality sheet but I dont know how I would fix it to the couch, or even buying cloth but how would I sew it? Any answers would be great, thanks

Answers:    Buy plenty fabric plus a a bit more to completely cover the sofa, sew a hem adjectives the way around the cloth after cutting rotten enough to sew a long strip i.e. going around the bottom of the sofa. This strip has to be yawning enough to put pliable in so it depends on the size of pliant, I used the round elastic. Place stuff properly on sofa tucking in at cushions etc after put the strip with pliant half passageway down the bottom of the sofa all the means of access around. This will hold it all within place and look more like it have been recovered.
did you try checkin a thrift shop? They probably hold couch covers and sheets that you can get for resembling .25-$1 a piece.

If your local habitat for humanity has a thrift shop you should budge check it out...
