What features of grease r u supposed 2 use on adjectives boards?

My dad is making a cutting board and know ur supposed 2 use some kind of grease on them but dosen't know what kind.


Answers:    I enjoy made several cutting boards including one butcher block chefs table. I used mineral grease on all of them. This is matching stuff you can get at you local drug store.

It is adjectives and will not go rancid or spoil. It is safe and sound to put in food and is suggested by some doctors as a stool softener.

Vegetable grease will oxidize in time or become rancid and is in consequence not considered the best choice.
