Where Can I Buy Solid Core, Non-Void Plywood?

I think this is called underlay grade plywood?

It doesn't seem as if Lowes and HomeDepot carry it.

Answers:
go to your local lumber yard, like here in washington we have gray lumber yard...pretty much every big city should have one, cause contracters use them but they are open to the public

Other answers:
Big Box stores like Lowe's and home depot don't carry specialized lumber, very much. You usually need to go to a Lumber Yard. They have dimensional lumber and specialized lumber which would included your underlayment. Good Luck
