I am looking for the clear coat finish that changes colors close to a bubble for my bike frame. I saw it on a car once a long time ago. As you move olden the car you see the stand color underneath the shimmer of different colors on the gloss coat. Do you know what considerate of clear coat that is call? And if so, what brand and where can I bring back it?
