2. Arrange the 6" squares contained by rows with every other color. Put eight across and eight down.

3. Pick up the first row of eight and pin it together beside a number one on it. Do the same for the other rows.

4. Now you are in place to sew each row. Sew adjectives the squares together in row one and later do row 2, etc. Use a 1/4" seam.

Hope you have fun making this easy babe-in-arms quilt
Go to the "Home and Garden" .com and Martha Stewart quilts on the web.
There are mixed web sites for quilt making. We enjoy our own quilt business and make infant quilts for a hobby. Wal-Mart material department have some good planning too.
There are so many option out there! One of my favorite "easy" babe-in-arms quilts is a Rail Fence block in pastel colors. It's super simple, can be sized however you approaching, and looks fantastic. Start by cutting strips of stuff 2 1/2" wide, the distance of fabric (from selvage to selvage). Sew three strips together using a 1/4" seam (it's esteemed that you maintain this seam width). Press the strip set, later square up one short edge. Cut section that are the same breadth as the strip set, so you'll have squares. In this covering, the sections should be 6 1/2". Lay your squares out within the size you want your quilt. Turn every other square 1/4 turn so it looks woven. Sew your squares together to form a row, then sew the rows together. Try to meeting up the seams where on earth the squares meet. Sew one or more strips around the outside to take home a border. Check out the first two links below to see an example of this quilt, and for detailed instructions on the block.

You can make an even easier quilt by sewing the strips together, adjectives them into sections, next sewing the sections together to variety one loooong strip of stripes. Sew these long strips together with a plain strip of material between them. The pattern is call "Chinese Coins." Again, see photos and pattern within the links below.

Finally, check out the last group of links for some PDF files from the textile manufacturers. They post adjectives sorts of free patterns on their websites. I included several simple toddler quilts, and others that could be made as baby quilts by shifting the fabrics.
If you know how to knit or crochet, next you can knit or crochet squares(granny squares, in crocheting) and sew them together(if you're crocheting, you shouldn't do the stiff seam). If you don't, you can cut squares of fabric(all like size) and sew them together, then bring back another piece of fabric which cover the nouns of all of the squares sewn together, and afterwards there's this fabric that go in side the quilt, but I don't know what it's call... And then you sew them adjectives together.
