How can I get rid of bees in a chimney?
Answers:
I used to be a chimney sweeper so I know... BEES hate smoke and will exit the hive away from smoke so if you have BEES and they have a nest in a house, the hive must be destroyed. smoke out the BEES and pull out the hive. If you want to poison the BEES i would suggest a RAID product, one with Crysanthemum
base. this will not poison you unless you gulp it. try to stay safe on the roof as you do this :)

If they are inside the open chimney, starting a fire below will speed them on their way

drink the Honey. and light a fire to smoke em out
light a fire...
use the chimney so the smoke will go up the bees will lose oxygen and have to get out
have a fire to burn them out then be sure to put some kind of netting of fencing stuff at the top of your chimney.
you will have to call out infestation people, especially if its a nest or they will come into the house, the nest will be removed in one piece with little risk of anyone being stung.
light a fire in the fireplace. bees hate smoke
start a large fireeeeeeeee
Do not start a fire if the bees have the chimney blocked!
burn them out
Just put some bats in the belfrey.
