How to build a train track shelf suspended from the ceiling?

My problem is how to make a shelf to follow curved train track around the corners of the room

I actually did this before but instead of following the perimeter of the room, it was suspended from the ceiling in the middle of the room. Anyway, I layed the track out on a sheet of plywood, traced it, and cut it out with a jigsaw.

If you are using 1x for the shelf, use a wider diameter in the corners and put it in at 45 degrees (kitty-corner).
