Why are there "HOMOSEXUALS"?

Let me get right to the point,,,a women is born a women and a man is born a man..it's not like being born with hearing loss or being born with down syndrome.. there is no excuse for it...no matter how you look at it, people choose to be with a man or a women or with the same sex. it is a sin and god did not make you that way. just like when you lie and use the lords' name in vane you choose to do that even if it is a sin.. sorry yes i am against the same sex being together but I know that I can not change that but they don't want people to treat them different well they are different and they will be treated different and if they don't like it then they can take there *** back in the closet for all i care... it is what they choose to be not what GOD does to them it's there choice ..that's all

cuz it's a genetic thing, i forget who has it but girls have like an XX chromosome which determines if it's a girl or boy n boys have something like XY which makes them a boy. If the second or first X of a girl is deformed or looks like a 'U' instead then there's a chance she'll be gay. Same goes with a boy if his 'Y' chromosome looks like an 'F' then he may be gay. it's a chromosome thing, so u can't say being gay is a chose ur ACTUALLY r born with it.

I, myself, believe the 'opposite sex' is something like a fairy-tale, told to children before they grow up. It's not real, you have to accept that.
Based on the question being asked, I believe it's safe to assume you're no older than 15 and still trying to understand the world through your naivety. Men like men and women like women because they want to be with someone of the same sex. Just because there are opposite sexes in the world does not mean they HAVE to have feelings for eachother. People can't control how they feel. How would you feel if people critized you on whom you feel in love with and wanted to spend the rest of your life with? If you TRUELY loved them you wouldn't care what other people think and you'd spend every waking moment with the love of your life.
By the way, I'm straight and am in the best relationship of my life. My girlfriend and I have been together for over two years.

there are many reasons for Homo sexuals, one I had came across while going to elementry school a person I went to school with was born with both genitals and started sprouting breasts at birth the person was consider a male then as he grew female genes dominated and he became a she. Others have been hurt mentally by the opposite sex so they try out the same sex and some stay that way. Others just feel they are in the wrong body. You could go on and on.
Their parents made them like that I guess.
there are some studies from physicians and psychologists, saying that (male) homosexuality might be caused by something from the brain, which is actually similar to a female's...
so perhaps, there is possible physiological cause for the existence of homosexuals...
it can be genetic...
but despising homosexuals is not genetic... thats just the pressure from society for having these norms and stuff...
but we just have to face the facts that there are numerous "abberants," (which our society considers abnormal) such as homosexuals, who were functional to earlier societies and are still functional in our present societies...
