i m a hot tempered female so i want to reduce my tempered and beocme a cool person?

i easily get angry or hot tempered but is very kind hearted but when i get angry it washes away my good deeds. I realise when i cool down so i want to get cool forever

Whenever you get angry, try to get away from the place, and go to some place, stay alone from some time and count to ten or do some meditation, until you cool off. If it is not possible to go away, then you must try your best to control your anger. Just stop yourself from doing whateer you want to do when you are angry, and try to think why you got angry in the first place, and think whether your reaction now would not cause irreparable damage to your realtions with whoever the person who made you angry, Is it really worth it.

just try to think of something which will give u soothness, smart ppls, cute baby, sweet voice, and glass of rooafgha-a good drink.

I used to have a hot temper, explosive you might say, but I learned to get in touch with my higher power and just relax and put whatever was bothering me into his hands, the funny thing is that, it may seem kinda corney at first, but after a while of doing it, it actually works. It really takes something major, to almost put me back into that old line of thinking, try getting up in the morning, put on some mellow music, and just relax for 10 minutes before you start your day and just ask what/who ever your higher power is to help you through the day...works for me...may work for you...good luck in solving your delema
Try waking up and smiling in the morning. It's surprising how much happier just that will make you. It helps me. I try to be easy going and keep a free mind, which helps me to understand people and things better. One last thing - step back to look at things from a third party perspective and you'll have much better control over yourself and you'll definatly make better decisions. Good for you that you want to better yourself!
THE BEST THING TO DO IS SURROUND YOURSELF IN COOL COLORS... ESP. WHERE YOU LIVE.. THESE COLORS HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO CAUSE A COOL DOWN EFFECT.. ALSO I WOULD THINK ABOUT JOINING AN ANGER MANAGEMENT CLASS.. YOU WILL BE SURPRISED AT WHAT YOU CAN LEARN..AND THERE IS SOMETHING TO BE SAID ABOUT HOW SERIOUSE YOU ARE TO CONTROL YOUR TEMPER..
