how to decorate a yard for halloween when u are on a budget?
Answers:
I have been decorating for years for hallows eve, Great an cheap way of making a cemetery. Find large piece's of Styrofoam like you use on shipping. Using a electric knife carve start rounding the top off, or make a square you can make any shape size you want too. After you do that then with a navel scoop you can start carving out the info you want on the tombstones. Using a can of gray spray paint just mist your creation (not to close the paint will eat the Styrofoam) then turn the tombstone upside down an stick a stake of wood in the bottom...Have Fun they will last forever just put a garbage bag over them an hang them up.

you're only 5 months too early for this question.
DOLLAR STORES AND GET A HEAD START ON IT WHICH APPARENTLY YOU ARE IT IS LIKE APRIL, GOOD START
Is it really necessary to decorate your home? I personally don't do it. I think it's a waste of money to be spending on decorations that'll only be used for a month or so.
But if you must, you could buy a fog machine for about $20 and have your kids (if you have kids) dress up in something scary on Halloween night and try to scare the trick-or-treaters.
Probably get sheets from S.A. for pretty cheap they always make great ghosts. Ball up a wad of newspaper for the head and tie it around the neck area and hang from a tree. Get the Halloween trash bags from the dollar store (in season) fill those with leaves (in season) and set around the yard. Black trash bags can create some great witch figures all in a row. And you can always get cheap dollar monster plastic posters for the door exterior. I've just made tombstone looking objects out of painted cardboard from an old refrigerator. Use poster paint and let the imagination go wild.
