Answers:    You can try a poly resin cast compund like this http://www.misterart.com/store/view.cfm?... that can be bought at craft or hobby stores.

However, this may be too gooey and cause the flower to collapse. You may inevitability to thin the resin beside paint thinner, MEK or Acetone and/or you may need to apply shellac or polyurethane to the flower first and agree to it dry before dipping it surrounded by the casting textile. Acetone will probably dry the quickest.
