I use Lectric Shave to remove the adhesive left by stickers - almost always works.
Best stuff in the world for this is a product called Goo Gone. It is available in stores. It's got a nice citrus smell to it and it cuts through that gunky stuff like nobody's business. Best of all, you can apply it right to a sticker that's still applied to the mirror (or price tags, etc.) and it will desolve the glue. Leave it on for a short while, wipe it up w/ a paper towel and no one will ever know you had a sticker on your mirror. BTW, a little goes a long way. You don't need to drown the sticker, price tag, etc. in it, just make sure that it's completely covered.
Use Goo-Be-Gone - it works wonders on all types of labels.
goof off buy it at Lowe's
You can also use a pencil eraser.
easy, buy goop, it will remove the sticky adhesave, alchohol will take a lot longer and some of the residue will still be there.

WD-40, guaranteed
alcohol works best it will take it of with a little bit of elbow grease and you don't run the risk of scrathing the mirror alcohol also works good on leather to clean it with out fading or discoloring it. good luck
Try lighter fluid and a little elbow grease.
