I asked about fixing my toilet the other year and i got some really righteous answers but what i did didnt fix it. I replaced the top part where on earth the rubber piece and the arm chain bit is but its still running down the toilet bowl. So if its not the seal what else could it be?
Answers: Check the part when u flush does it progress all the method down. Maybe there is something within the way I have a bleach tablet get underneath there and my toilet kept running. I removed the tablet.
