My TRANE XE 80 furnace blower motor have quit working......?
Just wondering if someone would know a link to a trane xe 80 furnace "parts list" or if anyone know the model number for a trane xe 80 furnace blower motor? I replaced the capacitor and that did the trick for about 15 minutes... i be happy
Then within was no more nouns....I was distressed...and now I'm sweating! ha!
The disciple stopped and there is a slight smell of overheating burn. I'm guessing the motor is inert. What do you think?
Any belief on what part # is associated near a typical blower motor for this unit?
Thanks!

I enjoy used these guys for TRANE parts before. Always own trouble with Trane, they are a bit tight lipped in the order of service manuals, and are right proud of the parts, if you progress to an authorized dealer. Replace the trilby. again when you replace the motor, make sure the voltage rating is one and the same or higher, and the microfarad rating is +/- 5%. Also, check for a blockage to trademark sure the thing is overheating because the atmosphere flow is blocked. Yeah, it sounds like a impossible motor. Check the wiring, breed sure it is sound and tight.
john is right. If u purely want to spend money buy a blower motor from Trane. Pull the whole blower out filch it to a local motor shop have them replace motor and hat. The motor will not be OEM but it will fine. Be sure and ask how to wire the untried motor. Wire colors will be diff.
