With you doing most of the work, which is a great model, you should be able to attain it done for $55-70 sq./ft depending on the relationship you develop with the contractor. Call around - nearby are some contractors that would rather do it approaching you want it done, others of course want adjectives the "fixins."
Obviously the more you do the more you save - in recent times work it out with the contractor ahead of time so you don't twine up getting in their track and becoming a nuisance.
