Toilet pipe is frozen?

Water was leak all over the bathroom floor. I took stale the toilet and there be water to the top of the hole. Roto Rooter say that since the other toilet/bathroom is working fine, it must be a frozen pipe where the toilet drains. What can I do to remedy this soon? Thanks for any suggestions!

Answers:    You need to win some heat on the pipe to get going to thaw it out. I am assuming that the pipe is kind iron? Cast iron pipe will crack under the expansion of the rime if it has not done so already. Some soil pipes run on the outside of the home, BAD IDEA, but assured to heat. I would utter that the problem is somewhere close to the toilet in press and was most imagined clogged before it froze up. Try a blow dryer from the top side and soak up the thaw ice as you progress. It.s not going to easy and it will be messy but if your lucky the pipe didn't crack and you'll be hindmost running soon. Check to see if the pipe is getting into a draft from outside someplace. If it is outside then you can wrap it or box it within when it gets stove outside. usually drain pipes won't freeze since they don't have standind wet in them and are usually unfilled. Thats why I think it be already clogged.
Need more info. Does this drain run into cement, in an crawl space, contained by a basement beside no heat, ???? Seems extremely unusual that two toilets draining into the same system would achieve only one frozen row. Seems much more likely that within may be a plug at the "Y" junction where on earth the two lines meet, or since. I'd have the flash snaked and go from nearby. If it is in an unheated nouns, then the unashamed solution would be to get boil in within somehow, heat tape, kero htr., elec. heater, something.
