i need an adapter for a 9-volt battery connecter without an ac power jack?

i have numerous guitar pedals that drain 9 volts pretty quickly, buut only one has an ac jack, so i need something that connects a 9 volt battery connector (the thing that you hook the batteries into) to an outlet. does such a device exist?

Answers:
You could buy a 9vDC adaptor pack, and the battery clips are available from Tandy/Radioshack, Jaycar, Altronics, or your local electronics store.
If you have a soldering iron , some insulation (heatshrink tubing), a multimeter and handy with them, you can cut the existing plug off the DC adaptor and solder on the 9v battery clip. Remember that the polarity will be reversed to match onto the equipment 9v clip, so the red wire will be negative, and the black one used as positive!
Make sure you check the polarity with a multimeter before connecting to your expensive equipment.
