I'm assuming you're upset at a male for not doing it. Guys have a mental block against changing a roll of toilet paper, it's called TPRCD or Toilet Paper Roll Changing Deficiency.
That depends on if the person knows the proper way to put it back...that's like the toilet seat, how hard is it to put it back down...and how hard is it to pull the shower curtin opened so it doesn't stay closed and get mildewed...
must be awfully hard to change a roll of toilet paper since I'm usually the only one that does.
Not really that hard...but everyone in my house besides me seems to be retarded to the concept also.
I know how you feel, I am the only one in my house that will do it and I have grown up daughters so it's not just males, we have a bin under the holder so they don't even have to go anywhere with the empty tube. I once left it for two weeks to see what happened and the tubes were put on the windowsill along with every new roll, the bin remained empty. I got everyone together and took them upstairs and shouted "What is wrong with you people" Made NO difference and now they think I'm "Funny"
you must live with a man, I don't know what is in our male genes but I live by myself and still don't change the empty roll, I just put the new roll on the top of the toilet tank. I am so embarrassed.
Plaese let's know the technic that you are following.
I think this depends on the gender of the individual who should change the roll. It seems men have more difficulty with this task than women. Of course, it may have something to do with the fact that they're afraid they're going to get the under vs. over issue wrong!
depends on how often he does it and whether he knows where the supplies are
i like to bite the end of the roll and then run through the house until the whole thing is unraveled...i never refill
The degree of difficulty is inversely proportional to the persons I.Q.
I think that the answer is corollary to the fact that men can stand and pee, and that women sit for both functions. So the likelihood of a man seeing that the roll needs to be changed is reduced. Where a woman would notice 100% of the time. However I still make my husband do it just to piss him off.
lol
it's hard hard at all, but the laziness comes above all
i usually would put a new roll on the table next to the toilet, and leave the empty roll in the holder for couple of days =)
It takes all of THREE SECONDS! There are many little three second jobs that are very thoughtful things to do around the house. I wish more folks around my house were more thoughtful.
Why is something this small such a big deal? I was in a relationship with a guy for a small while, and it seemed that all we ever did was "discuss" the toilet paper. How come I didn't put it on the roller from him, and laughter from me. I just thought the whole thing was silly.
Evidently, it's pretty hard! Seems like I'm the only one that does it.
If your a woman it takes 20 seconds.

If your a child, you will first need to learn where they are kept.

If your a man you never have time.
